Bill Bakula

Chief Executive Officer
Bill, considered to be a master of marketing by his colleagues and peers alike, began his long-standing media career over 28 years ago as a Communications Engineer at NBC-TV. He produced numerous programs for A-list artists from The Bolshoi Ballet to the Miami Sound Machine. After a number of command performances at NBC, he shifted his focus to the music industry where he established the premier music concert production organization producing more than 800 concerts featuring artists such as The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Rolling Stones, Metallica, James Brown, The Police and many more! Promoting domestic concerts soon lead to the international stage continuing with A-list artists. Next, he targeted the Hispanic market in the U.S. and abroad with concerts. In 1996, he was Vice Chair for President Clinton's 50th Birthday Celebration at Radio City Music Hall. He was a key player for the Democratic National Committee during the Clinton Presidency. After enjoying a wave of successes in the music business, he was introduced to Walter Mercado, a Hispanic astrologer. He agreed to become Walter Mercado's exclusive manager. Utilizing all of his technological expertise including TV, radio, print, SMS, telemarketing, 900 #'s, pay-per-call, etc., he carved out an international empire for this Hispanic psychic! Walter Mercado is internationally renowned in the Hispanic world. Bill remains on the cutting edge of technology as he continues to develop creative marketing programs for a multitude of industries.

Michael Feldenkrais

Chief Legal Officer/Chief Operating Officer
Michael received international acclaim when he assisted in saving Captain Hazelwood (Exxon Valdes oil spill) from serving time in prison! Although this was a landmark case, his passion and expertise remains in immigration law, where he has successfully handled hundreds of cases. Case in point, he was instrumental in getting an immigration law passed through the U.S. Congress that prevented 500,000 people from being deported! Due to these major accomplishments, he soon found himself making television appearances as a consultant and host on immigration law at Univision and Telemundo among other networks. He went on to produce a number of television shows, published countless articles and hosted over 100 seminars around the globe on immigration law. His entrepreneurial spirit prompted him to launch an international law firm creating a network of thousands of lawyers! Yet, his recent claim to fame was receiving over 11,500 phone calls after a television appearance! He then devised a truly exceptional “lead generator” model for several industries.

Larry J. Casper

Chief Financsial Officer
Larry, a highly accomplished Financial Professional with extensive experience in all facets of Accounting and Mortgage Banking with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami, is a leader with a proven track record of successfully encouraging innovation and new ideas, empowering and rewarding employees to make decisions and setting high standards of excellence.  Larry’s accomplishments are extensive from designing and developing an automated, comprehensive Job Cost Accounting Systems to operating within extremely tight fiscal limitations where it was imperative to closely monitor cash flow to assure the financial on-going viability of the various organizations. He’s also served as a member of a Senior Management Acquisition Team for an offshore mutual fund with a $4 billion real estate portfolio that was responsible for evaluating potential properties for purchase.  Since he was formerly a Licensed Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, he designed and developed an automated system to monitor when real estate closings take place, when construction loans are payable as well as the resultant profit per job and the impact on cash flow.

Hernand V. Gonzalez

Project Manager
Hernand is a seasoned MBA professional with a plethora of major accomplishments and awards. His marketing career began at the Pepsi Cola Company.  He served in various senior, marketing positions for the Pepsi Cola Company as well as other Pepsi Divisions.  His achievements included programs and campaigns in branding, packaging, promotions and multicultural marketing programs for national marketing efforts.  Pepsi’s foundation served as a great platform for his next opportunity, that of V.P. of Merchandising & Promotions for the Telemundo Network.  There, he developed and launched a number of highly successful Direct Response campaigns, marketing campaigns through national retail outlets and formed strategic alliances with multinational entertainment companies.   His accomplishments and successes read like a who’s who including some of the most successful integrated tours in the U.S. with Alejandro Fernandez, Juan Gabriel, Vicente Fernandez et al as well as developing national campaigns with corporate sponsors like the Burger King Corporation, Unilever Corporation, Kellogg’s among others.  Next, he decided to create his own company, The Integrated Marketing Group.  Here, he has developed and implemented a number of successes including being selected as Anheuser-Busch’s lead agency for Bud Bowl Publicity efforts, secured U.S. Government contracts for marketing services for a number of Government agencies and has secured key U.S. Government certifications as well as developed a number of successful marketing strategies for clients like Anheuser-Busch, DIAGEO, Presidente, New York Life to name a few.

Philip Holcman

Accountant
Philip, an accountant with a wealth of experience and accomplishments, received his BS in Business Administration from Drexel University and his Masters in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University.  He’s made significant contributions in the banking industry working for America Express, Morgan Stanley and Israel Discount Bank among others.  In addition to a myriad of banking responsibilities, he’s primarily focused on creating and implementing marketing plans and investment strategies for the various bank’s clients and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in assets.  Further, he consistently maintains a high level of understanding and expertise with Federal and State tax returns and payroll returns as well as tax strategies and tax projections. 

Julien Craan

Chief Technical Officer
Julien, a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Software Engineering, is an accomplished Software Engineer Specialist in “object-oriented designs.”  He has over 10 years of experience in software development specializing in high tech design principles, deployment of large scale applications as well as print and internet marketing.  He’s developed and maintained money and food transfer software, lead generation, business applications, business analysis, proof of concept, interface implementation as well as integrated e-commerce sites for fortune 500 companies.  He’s also the founder of Craan Designs Inc., a Web Software Development Firm that has been providing web solutions for over 11 years.

Eduardo Quevedo

Management Information System Director
Eduardo, a graduate from the Institute of Technology of Costa Rica, is a Senior Technical Support Analyst and Senior Network Security Engineer.  He’s gifted with broad-based experience and hands-on skill in the successful implementation of highly effective helpdesk operations and cost-effective management of innovative customer and technical support strategies.  He has the proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical support requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities to develop innovative solutions for increasing reliability and improving productivity. 

Additionally, he possesses a broad understanding of computer hardware and software including installation, configuration, management, troubleshooting and support.  Furthermore, he has a strong knowledge of the security disciplines up to and including securing Internet/web development, security practices and methodologies, and equivalent strengths in security controls architecture on client/server and mid-range systems, firewalls, and industry technologies.  

Daniel Ingegneri

Project Manager
He has worked for Waltervision Productions since 2004. He managed the delivery of content using various media €“ SMS, Telephone, and Internet. Daniel implemented a Call Center with VOIP extensions in Caracas, Venezuela and Miami, FL and managed the Web Portal in US and Brazil. He has been very active in the development and management of the Social Media channel for the organization. His dedication and commitment to the continued growth of the organization has proved to be instrumental in both the areas of technology and customer service.

Randee Kerns

Chief Compliance Officer
Randee’s compliance tenure is replete with 37 years of experience in gaming regulations and operations.  Currently, he’s the Director of Compliance and Business Development for Diamond Game Enterprises based in Chatsworth, California.  He graduated from Green River College with a degree in Police Science as well as Harrah’s Casino Management Institute.  He holds numerous law enforcement and gaming regulation credentials.  He’s served as a Police Officer and Detective where he handled gaming regulations and investigations for the City of Kent, Washington; Investigator, Special Agent and Manager for the Washington State Gambling Commission; Director of Compliance for Infinity Group of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Compliance Manager for Bingo King and Video King Gaming of Council Bluffs, Iowa & Omaha, Nebraska; Director of Compliance for Planet Bingo of Rancho Mirage, California, as well as served in various gaming regulations and operations capacities in Central and South America.

Peter J. Pilcher

Chief Media Officer
Pete, a seasoned veteran of the advertising industry in Los Angeles, has enjoyed a plethora of success stories in radio/TV sales & management, radio/TV programming & production as well as successful stints in the music industry.  After receiving degrees in music and marketing, he found himself immersed in TV programming and production, working in programming at NBC-TV/Burbank on “The Tonight Show” with Johnny Carson and “The Tomorrow Show” with Tom Snyder.  Later, working on a number of TV specials including “Alan King’s Third Annual Final Warning” as well as Stage Managing for Doc Severinsen Orchestras.  After a string of successes in television programming and production, he moved into his area of expertise, TV & radio sales and management.  Over the years, he’s experienced a number of successes at TV & radio rep firms as well as local TV & radio stations.  He possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge in TV & radio sales and management on local, regional and national levels.  In recent years, he formed his own Direct Response advertising company that specializes in DR television,
radio, print & internet. 

Fredrick J. Owen

Director, Event Sponsorships
Fredrick, a marketing and communications executive with an MBA in Global Business, has spent the past 18 years applying his expertise at Feld Entertainment Inc., the company that produces “Disney On Ice” and “Disney Live” as well as “Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus.”  His expertise is in the live entertainment industry, specifically in marketing, communications and promotions throughout Latin America and Europe. On behalf of “Disney On Ice,” he developed, implemented and executed the first strategic marketing plan in order to enter a number of Central and South American countries.  For “Disney Live,” he managed and executed the entry into 3 cities in Spain.  As For “Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus,” he directed the first launch into Puerto Rico.  He’s played a critical role in assisting the aforementioned companies in not only growing their customer bases, but expanding their customer universe! In addition to growing and maintaining these new markets, he continues to explore and launch new markets. 

Norman Bedford

Director, Live Events
Norman, a very accomplished marketing & promotions specialist in the production of “live special events” for the past 25 years, also shares a very diverse background in the entertainment industry.  He not only has a vast amount of experience in live events with talent such as Muhammad Ali to fundraisers for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital with The Rolling Stones, but also has created and co-produced major concerts, festivals and events with A-list artists & celebrities.  For a number of years he served as Creative Director for Miami’s Club Nu’s concert hall which successfully produced over 300 concerts.  He has a very unique ability when it comes to understanding and fulfilling the vision of others through live events.  He’s focused on live concerts and festivals throughout Florida featuring The Reggae Sun-Splash in Orlando, The Gypsy Kings, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson and Miami Beach New Year’s Eve with Dee-lite and so many more! In recent years, he’s formed SOS Productions, a specialty company in festivals, concerts & events, which has marketing partnerships in Florida, New York, Texas, Puerto Rico, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., California, North Carolina and Mexico.
