We have three different platforms, one is web based and the other is direct response via the telephone and SMS/IVR:

The commercial airs and the phone call is created. The phone call will be redirected via an IVR Phone system that finds the nearest supplier of the service using the first 6 digits of the caller's phone number. Once the phone call is answered by the office of the supplier of the services, the credit card or the ACH debit is charged.

On the web the system operates the same way, the client enters the website, chooses the supplier from the list of suppliers and a phone call is created. The system automatically calls the supplier and the client and places them in the same line for them to speak to each other. Once the call is connected the credit card or the ACH Debit is charged.

On the mobile phone we have both the subscription model and a premium SMS text platform. We place the commercial on the air and the client responds either to subscribe or to purchase something via SMS text

Marketing is our company's specialty. It is through this marketing that we will acquire the calls in order to send these to lawyers. We use both Off-Line and On-Line Marketing strategies. Our main marketing strategy is using the power of television. We have composed several television entertainment shows, infomercials, commercials and talk shows related to the subject matters which are available upon request for review. These commercials will air on all major stations in order to create the phone calls.

This is a direct response business and as such the more airtime we have the more phone calls we are able to produce. We have the expertise brought to us by one of the media moguls in television and have the assistance of two Emmy winning producers. We have also negotiated with the major networks for opinion segments and news segments on their major shows to brand the business.
