Bill Bakula is a well known media mogul. He began his career in television more than 25 years ago. He partnered up with Walter Mercado and built an empire out of a Psychic.
We have two different platforms, one is web based and the other is direct response via the telephone:
The commercial airs and the phone call is created. The phone call will be redirected via an IVR Phone system that finds the nearest lawyer using the first 6 digits of the caller’s phone number. Once the phone call is answered by the office of the lawyer, the credit card or the ACH debit of the lawyer is charged.
On the web the system operates the same way, the client enters the website, chooses a lawyer from the list of lawyers and a phone call is created. The system automatically calls the lawyer and the client and places them in the same line for them to speak to each other. Once the call is connected the credit card or the ACH Debit of the lawyer is charged.
Marketing is our company's specialty. It is through this marketing that we will acquire the calls in order to send these to lawyers. Our main marketing strategy is using the power of television. We have composed several television infomercials, commercials and talk shows related to the subject matters which are available upon request for review. These commercials will air on all major Spanish stations in order to create the phone calls.
This is a direct response business and as such the more airtime we have the more phone calls we will be able to produce. We have the expertise brought to us by one of the media moguls in Spanish television and have the assistance of two Emmy winning producers. We have also negotiated with the major networks for opinion segments and news segments on their major shows to brand the business.
